Sent damaged products and ignored all contact from me AVOID
I bought 2 lipsticks on the 1st November online on their website. Both arrived damaged , I have contacted them twice about this and they have completely ignored me. Zero customer services. I wish I had read the reviews on them, I will never buy from them again.
Disappointing
I won a competition with nars back in like November last year, had to chase them for months for my prize and it never arrived, I completely forgot about it until 5 weeks ago, I've been chasing them for 5 weeks and had no response. Having been a nars customer for years I feel really let down.
Be careful! Avoid buying on their direct website
Nars cancelled my entire order saying one item was out of stock!!! So why is it still available on the website??? Worst I read their condition of sales and it's writing that they must inform me about and in any cases they will ship my order without the missing product ! So why did they cancel my entire order when on their website it's writing the opposite ! I even took a screenshot to prove it.
Also, not to mention when you have a missing samples they only send a 5% discount and that it! How insulting is that ! 5% really ?! If you get mad, they told their employees to call you to calm down but without any solution! It's such a lack of interest toward their customers! They like wasting people's time... It happened to my friends. We both decided to not shop on their website anymore. The products are good but their customer service suck ?... A shame in 2021!

Terrible
Terrible. I am absolutely disgusted by nars. I ordered two items from their website. They promptly took my money. I received an email saying my order was being processed with the two items. Today I receive my parcel. Only one item.
I call customer services. Turns out the second item was out of stock. At no point was I informed this was the case.
So now I have to fill in a form because that’s their procedure. No automatic refund because they failed to deliver.
It’s a total disgrace. So now I have to deal with this even though it’s all the company’s fault. I am truly disgusted and will never ever order again from this website.
Empty used bottle
Bought NARS concealer from Bentalls in Kingston and they gave me a tester. Went back and returned it but when I got home, although it wasn't a tester this time, it was empty! Don't know if its a Bentalls problem or NARS, but I can barely get anything out of it. I won't travel all the way to Kingston again, but it's very inconvenient and bad luck happened twice!

Wow makes my skin look amazing I love all these products I'm using the sheer glow foundation great coverage last all day lip balm keeps them glossy for hours,volume mascara nice size brush coats my lashes thick without the clumps,blush powder lovely pink glow feels like real luxury for my face,yes I'd recommend this?

Order cancelled by Nars due to ‘out of stock’ but item STILL AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THEIR WEBSITE!
In the run up to Christmas, I ordered an ‘Undress Code Lipbalm Set’. I paid, received an email saying my order was processing and the money left my account. Three days later and with zero warning, I received an email to say my order was cancelled. I contacted customer services to find out what had happened, they told me the item was out of stock and I had been refunded. I then checked the website to see if any similar items were for sale and to my disappointment, I found the Undress Code Lipbalm Set was still listed and available to purchase!
I fed this back to Nars but they were very unhelpful. So many other shoppers will have the same experience - thinking they have bought something and then their order being cancelled. I guess the only positive part of the whole experience was the speed at which the customer service team get back to you!

Bad customer service
Waiting for my order for couple of days to only recieve an email that my order has been canceled for no reason attached. Never again.
Poor customer services
First and last time ordering from Nars, dispatch took 9 days from ordering, no mention of delays at time of ordering. I attempted to get in touch with Nars on various platforms and finally received a standard reply which did not address my question. Actual item is fine once it eventually arrived.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I spent £255 to receive 5 faulty lipsticks, 3 containing hair/fibres. It’s taken almost 3 weeks to arrange a return and now I am expected to wait even longer for a refund “following [an] evaluation”. Disgusting!
